I think its kind of ugly 
And the name is stupid.
Its litteraly just a really big iphone. Looks almost comical.

wait and see. it will sell. it will sell well. even if no one opts for the 3G plan... as a wifi option, an internet browser, an e book reader, a music/video player... it will sell.
and the next ipad will have a camera, and various outputs and inputs, and so on. it is the way apple does it, which sucks, but, yeah... barf.
like clockwork, all the other companies will rip this off, just like they ripped off the iphone.
apple has far more hits than misses over the course of the last decade.
but i wouldn't bet against them amping this thing up for their second generation ipad. granted, it'll cost a bit more, and you all will bitch and moan about it then too, but that's the way it goes...
if you want it, buy it. if you don't, don't.
i wouldn't sail this thing down the river yet. in a half a year, this thing will be just as big as the ipod and the iphone. developers will make this product sell.

i won't buy one, but if i did, i'd be pretty pumped about streaming mlb.tv on it. would be much easier to take to the ballpark or anywhere then my laptop.

The Kindle DX ($489) will probably have to drop in price.
They are different products, admittedly.
Even Gizmodo wrote a BAD review on it.

But back to the Ipoo/iPad...don't under estimate Apple's products until you actually used it. I was skeptical about the iPhone till I got one and missed it dearly since I lost it. The user experience and the design might make you forgive any shortcoming that this device has. And judging from Apple's history of hit products under Stevie J. I wouldn't bet against Apple.
even at a much higher price, it would have been worth it for something much, much better.
