I've been using a hollow core door on a pair of sawhorses for a 3D printer table for years. I'm going to upgrade my setup and put the door on this.

185 lbs is on the low side. weirdly single and dual motor have the same weight limit. My guess is it will be good enough for my solid wood desk + monitors which i think is around 100 lbs. some of the amazon reviews show a solid wood desk

Just to be aware that a lot of the cheaper motorized standup desks only move at a speed of about 1/2" per second. The higher quality ones move at around 1" per second. So it takes about 30+ seconds to transition between sit/stand on the cheaper ones and about 15 seconds to transition. Most people will think "oh that isn't a big deal to me" and for some it might not be an issue. For me I very much appreciated the upgrade to the faster desk. That being said, the price is kinda difficult to beat

Wondering if I could get this to work as a corner desk. The middle connecting part seems like the biggest issue with that

Description says "Item dimensions L x W x H 53.1 x 23 x 46.5 inches"
And yet the pic has wildly different numbers.

Typical Chinesium.

Interesting. There are a lot of reviews from Latin America and "Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product" people.

ROFL not a scam just use a corner desk for a corner desk or a square desk for a "square hole"! Can always just put it in the corner like this desk https://imgur.com/a/eVW4wGV

... did you miss the part where there's no leg in the near side of that corner? If you take two rectangular desks and shove them in a corner without them having a connecting support to use instead of a leg, you end up with a leg right in the way of where you'd be sitting. Two standing desks aren't any better, you end up with the bottom t of one desk right in the way of your chair. You need a desk surface with a corner for a corner standing desk. They make corner standing desks: this isn't going to work well as one for someone who wants a "true" corner desk and not just to stick a rectangular desk in a corner.

Nope didn't miss it at all and I wasn't talking to you! So you are attempting to say that the person asking the question should be able to take 2 standing desk frames and make a corner desk and this ultra cheap as he can cobble together made up corner desk should be an ideal corner desk? To that I would say if you want ideal buy................A......................corner...................desk.....................LMAO! I revert back to the square peg in the round hole video!!!

Yeah, just the top could be 30 to 40 lbs or even 50, gotta consider that.
