NO you cannot - I purchased and Malwarebytes chatbot says "SURE!" their customer service says "sorry, newegg is third party seller - to bad"

You can hold onto this license and then add it to your account on the last day of your current sub. Then activate it on day of and be good to go. I usually activate day before and don't care about the loss of 24hrs worth of the full year sub

Are you talking about trying to get a refund for an existing subscription? I'm not trying to do that. Someone else replied (as well as me doing some more digging) that you can save the activation key until you are ready to redeem it.
