It looks like all that is available is up to size 4. For comparison, my son is 9 (10 in September) and he's a size 3 sometimes 4 depending on the brand. I wanted to get these for him but every where I've seen, everyone has suggested sizing up so it's a no go for me.

The largest shoe here will fit my 8 year old. You need roughly adult men 7's at that age.
FYI , plenty of the no name $30 Amazon cleats are good.
