I think this is not wet and dry use unlike 9510 series. Says waterproof though. The good thing is its self sharpening blades. It comes at $34.99 at times

I recently opened the boxes and realized the trimmer looks used and feels like cheap quality. I'll return it and buy a new one — if the new one is the same, I might just keep it. The one I have now is really odd.

just returned this. not a great product. i had a 6 year old phillips that i thought was upgrading to but this new one sucked. Old one still going strong. The body hair trimmer is not as advertised. its a bit bulky. Id pass on this.

Thanks for that opinion. I too have an old probably 12 year old Phillips Norelco that I bought at a Costco a LONG time ago and was about to pull the trigger on this till I read your comment. I will take your opinion and pass.

it is wet and dry. source being I bought one and although it is hard to read in the product photo it says wet and dry on the front of the unit.
