Have you been putting in the dishwasher? If so, how is it holding up?

Have 5. 2 marvel, 1 baby shark, 1 Spiderman and 1 blue. The spiderman one started rusting inside bottom. All been in use for about a year and all in the dishwasher. I still love them. My son has a bad habit of finishing drinking and launching it like a football. Still look like new on the outside and inside minus the one with rust forming.

This is just a liability thing because these are marketed toward kids. The bottle is stainless steel and the cap is the same bpa-free plastic that they use in the adult products.

I've been using one of these daily for months because I like a smaller lighter water bottle and it's been great. The spout is big enough to pour fast. The button open works fine. The only thing I don't like is that the lock is a plastic piece that physically goes around the button Instead of a slider. I have liked this more than my more expensive Zojirushi bottle. Just bought a second.

Yes! Mine also had rusting inside. I got a new replacement through warranty but guess what? Even the new bottle started to rust after a couple usage. It's a serious flaw with these bottles.

I've bought tons of water bottles for myself and the kids, including various funtainers with straws, etc. This is the only bottle I've ever returned. When you tilt back the bottle to drink, the lid flaps onto your face. Maybe ours was defective, but it's just a weird design to have a large floppy lid on a bottle that you have to tilt back to drink out of (vs a small cover for the spout like on some other strawless bottles).

I've had this and used it for myself for the past 5ish years with no issues. I really like it. I have not put it in the dishwasher though.

This is the key. Anything you need to keep a leak proof seal on, do not put in dishwasher.
