Not a terrible deal if you happen to have some DDR4 RAM and an SSD laying around for it (like I do). There are newer Ryzen options that are better though for not much more. Especially if you're trying to do any gaming on it.

Barebones don't come with an operating system either.

Barebones systems don't save you any money, because you need to have or buy ram, storage and Windows. Linux is "free", but a majority of people don't understand Linux (and all the flavors...).

May as well spend the $60 and get one with ram, storage and Windows.

If you look for sales you can get 16gb of ddr4 for 20 to 25 bucks, then a 512gb m.2 ssd for 25 and if you dont want to pay 5 bucks for a win11 product key, there's ways to get it for free. JS there's ways to do it on the cheap.
