I may be a caveman, but grills costing over even $600 just seem ridiculous. I view it as buying an Aventadoor to only go to the grocery store. It's a grill. It either cooks food well, or it doesn't.

Different strokes and all that, but yaykes.

With that said - this is a decent grill, especially for the price - it's actually fully satisfactory.
Doesn't have a side burner, but if you don't care for it - it's hard to find anything better at this price level.

Retailers really slacking on grill sales for memorial day wtf is going on. I managed to score a napoleon prestige 500 2025 edition for $1800 but it was a one off essentially. Got my local appliance store to match an online price cause I was buying a stove and range hood from them too

If someone made a propane grill with stainless steel grates for less than $350 they would be flying off the shelves. Enough with the cast iron and porcelain coated crap!

Decent grill for a decent price. I'd buy if I didn't get a clearance Napoleon in past.

Got a $150 clearance master forge and it worked great for a few years but eventually rusted through.

Most of today's grills are ridiculously flimsy. I'll stick with pan-frying. If I need a charcoal taste I'll figure out how to incorporate it via tube-smoking.

I replaced the porcelain coated grates on my Ducane Affinity with stainless steel grates and it resulted in hot spots between the heat deflectors. I'm convinced the wide porcelain coated steel grates are just a cheap way for manufacturers to even out the heat. Can't really complain at this price point though.

Bought this. Far from impressed. Be looking for another deal on a quality grill.
