The One blade guards pop off too easily, such as if you hit a sticky/high-friction spot (e.g. armpit that has different levels of smoothness), and lead to cuts/nicks in the same stroke.
All that plus it needs repeated passes, an absurdly excessive amount, if you use it with the guard on. Without the guard on, it doesn't fare well with nooks and crannies.
I switched to something like this, the Wahl Sterling Mag Lithium.
