I wish they have better description of the dimensions.
Agree. I just googled the item to find the dimensions elsewhere. Shouldn't have to.

For anyone getting SS, they are not non-stick but that doesn't mean things like eggs etc...should stick. The key is to heat pan up higher than you think you need and of course add a little butter or oil to the pan. It does not need to be much. I lightly wipe it across the pan with a paper towel to make sure there are no dry spots and get rid of excess. Again make it hot, especially for pancakes. That is what I do and I don't have any problems with sticking. That is my story and I am sticking to it.

prepare to wait 3 months for these to ship.. I've done it twice and had to reach out to support because I thought the order was lost... support confirmed the order and then it magically shipped the next day. Can't tell these are seconds for the most part... still expensive though!
Last sale I ordered on 4/4 and it was delivered on 4/9

Are these induction compatible?
Yes. Stainless steel is good for induction cooking.

This site requires you to enter your email address to even look at products on sale. Sorry, not interested in giving out my email address simply for the dubious privilege of being their customer. They've been doing this for years - and they lost me as a customer when they started this.
you can enter anything you would like. [email protected]

This is not a universally true statement. There are a lot of multiclad stainless pans that have been and are being sold that don't have enough iron in them to work for induction.

yes, absolutely. a lot of people don't take the time to get cooking with stainless right, and have a bad experience with food sticking.

my procedure is:

1) add a few drops of water to the pan
2) heat the pan
3) wait until the water has evaporated, this tells me the surface is now at temperature
4) add cooking oil

the key is to wait until AFTER the pan is heated before adding oil!

also, buy bar keeper's friend to clean these. they are very easy to keep clean with bar keeper's friend, a nightmare otherwise.

Same, coupon not working and also not getting "free shipping over $60".

I got a D5 pan last time this deal was around and I couldn't see anything wrong with it and I got it in less than a week. It's my first time cooking on stainless steel like this, and I've learned how to cool well enough that I've been treating it right and it works beautifully as essentially nonstick and it cleans up easily. Given their reputation, I'm thinking it's worth the cost with the discount.
