You also can't leave them out in the rain or they will start to rust on the inside and stain your deck/concrete.

I would say taller than 5'10" and you're not going to fit.
I'm 6 foot tall and fit with no issues in these. I have 8 of these chairs.
If screws continue to come loose hit em with a bit of loctite that should secure em
