How does returns work for instacart orders?
Yes, you have 30 days for price adjustments.
On the PayPal app (and website) they have an offers page. On the offers page some people have an offer for 30% cash back on instacart purchases up to $100 cash back which you have to activate first before making the purchase and then you have to pay with PayPal to get the 30% cash back. Someone said the offer triggered when they bought through Costco Same Day service which is powered by instacart and I guess you can pay Costco Same Day with PayPal. This router is showing up as $363 on Costco Same Day (because of the instacart markup) but 30% of $363 is more than $100 so you'll earn the full $100 cash back. So you'll pay $363 plus tax plus instacart delivery fees plus tip but get back $100 cash back from PayPal.
TP-Link was already under the microscope when Microsoft released its report: In August, the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party urged an investigation into the company.
"TP-Link's unusual degree of vulnerabilities and required compliance with [Chinese] law are in and of themselves disconcerting," the lawmakers wrote. "When combined with the [Chinese] government's common use of [home office] routers like TP-Link to perpetrate extensive cyberattacks in the United States, it becomes significantly alarming."
This latest report says that the Commerce Department's investigation is underway, along with separate probes from the Defense and Justice Departments. Sources told The Wall Street Journal that an office of the Commerce Department has subpoenaed TP-Link and could ban the sale of TP-Link devices in the next year"

most of my devices are assigned IP addresses from 2 to 99. any guest connection are over certain ip range. i am using RBK50 for long time and wanna upgrade. I don't want to go to each device and change ip. that's all. if you can advise me another way for more convenient, i am really appreciated. thanks.

TP Link is alleged to have a backdoor for the Chinese Government to access your files. Buyer beware.
I'm MORE concerned with FACTS
If I don't have instacart account will the discount apply?
1. The parental controls on the TP-Link suck. The problem is that after you switch off a device (or group) in parental controls, the internet does not turn off immediately on the device. You have a wait a long time. And it's not that the current program has buffered some. You can change streaming apps etc.., and it'll just keep working. The same happens when you turn it back on. You have to keep on waiting, turn the device on and off and try a few times. What I've found most useful is toggling the parental controls internet setting a couple of times, and then it works somewhat better, but it's still not perfect. I upgraded from an Orbi WiFi 5 system, and this was the biggest difference. On the Orbi, it was just instantaneous. If we told kids to stop watching TV and turned off internet in our Apple TV, the device would be without internet that instant. On TP-Link if I do it, our daughter will keep on watching like 3-episodes before it switches off. Like I said, now I turn it off, then turn it on, and then turn it off again, to get it to work better. My wife is so bugged by this erratic behavior that when kids are not listening, she'll just turn internet off for the entire house, which is indeed instantaneous, but of course not an ideal solution.
2. The range of these devices is definitely lower than our previous Orbi, but to be fair, Orbi was much more expensive, and those units are bigger; they obviously have more powerful antennas. In the end , I got to bugged because I didn't get good reception in my computer room, that I bought two more TP-Link units (have a total of 5 now). So I ended up paying the same as I would have for the Orbi system.

I believe so because it's based on how it shows up in PayPal. Someone else in this discussion reported that Costco Same Day transaction posted as instacart and got the 30% cash back
