The price on this is insane. Cheaper to buy a container of pre workout and make single serving yourself. Or better yet just buy caffeine pills.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I only look at caffeine content per serving but I feel like the last time I looked at pre work out vs energy drinks it was almost the same.

I've been on caffeine pills for 2 years, I have a 500 pill 200mg per pill bottle still left but once I switched to Alani my mid day caffeine crashes were completely gone. Idk what it is

I tried the pre workout at one point, but that stuff was too wirey for me, maybe I mixed it too strong? This seems like a better route for me, just add to water, no measuring and room for errors, no hair standing up on head. That preworkout stuff is serious stuff and the directions need to be followed!

If you're getting tingling from a pre-workout, that's beta-alanine in all likelihood. I remember the first time I took that, and it was really weird. Not unpleasant to me, though some people can't stand it. After awhile, I stopped having that reaction, but everyone is probably different. It's harmless, incidentally.
