This or roborock qrevo?
Feature wise this is better than Qrevo. Almost double suction power (10K vs 5.5K), mop raises higher (10.5mm vs 7mm), better obstacle avoidance, goes in the corners, etc.

Dont know about long term usage or app easiness.

FWIW. I bought one of these L10's about 3 weeks ago. It came. It looked brand new but the mop pads fell off the moment it moved. And it was therefore useless because it won't move without the mop pads being properly installed or being on long enough to auto detach. Anyways. Bought a new $499 l40 ultra and looooooove it.

you're gonna need to go qrevo master and qrevo s5v to match the 10k suction power. i own both roborock and dreame lowerend bots (dreame L10s ultra and roborock Q5 max+ and while i prefer the cleaner UI and less annoying voice of roborock, the difference in suction power makes this a nobrainer.

I bought the L40 about 1 month ago and I feel that it has gotten dumber over time. Have you experienced this yet?

It can never return to the base directly after cleaning and instead runs into my bathroom door, looks around my bathroom, then exits and finally returns to the base (in bedroom). It does this every single time.

What's worse, after running the same cleaning options I have over the past few weeks I see that it is getting confused more consistently now, my Maps show crazy paths that the robot took, often missing areas it never missed.

It was good for about 1 week and has consistently become more confused and lost and just dumber over time unfortunately. I've cleaned the sensors, fully customized the floor settings, virtual thresholds, "No-go" zones and all.

If anyone else bought the L40 over the last few months I'd be happy to hear if they have had a similar experience or any solutions. For now, it's okay, but figured I'd give a heads up to any new buyers.

I've got both. It's a close call. This has a camera and it's obstacle avoidance is a bit better. On paper it has much better suction, but in comparison cleaning I don't see a huge difference between the two. I've noticed the L10s gets stuck easier in spots that abut higher pile carpet (I'm mostly wood and tile floors, with some accent rugs throughout the house). I like the cleaning concentrate cartridge as opposed to having to add to my QRevo clean water tank. Can't speak to the L10s' longevity (don't own it long enough), but the QRevo has been a tank.

I'd say go for whichever is cheapest.

I am looking to buy this as new but I am not seeing 3 years warranty info on eBay page, refurbished one does mention 2 years warranty, can somebody confirm how long is the warranty for the new one?

Do you have the gen 2 of the Dreame? I'm also trying to decide between qrevo and this. Gen 1 certified refurb at $240 seems like it was the best deal but it's over now but also not sure if gen 2 is that much of a step up from gen 1. TIA!

I had the Gen2 briefly before finding a deal on eBay for the Gen1 and returning it. I know the suction is double in the Gen 2 but either 5300pa is enough suction or I don't have enough dirt or debris to justify the difference. The cleaning bin just didn't have enough additional material to suggest the difference was worth the extra cost. The other features really didn't apply to my use.

I got the L10s Ultra refurbished about a year ago. Has been an excellent vacuum/mop. Can't speak to the Gen2 model, but I can say the brand is good, feature-rich, and the refurbs are like new. At least the one I got.

Agreed, even if I'm only at 3 months.

Did they fix the software for the gen 2 model because gen 1 sucked compared to roborock?

I see 3 years warranty if you expand "About this item"
