The round husky ones were the best I bought a bunch don't know why they discontinued them.

These are pretty good if you're always losing your hex and torx keys like I am. Makes it convenient to have the most common sizes in a small compact package. They have one each of SAE, Metric, and TORX. The body is made of plastic, so as long as you don't have to torque something down to high spec, these should work for most cases. And the screw on the side holding them together sometimes gets loose and they flop around, instead of staying in place while using them, so you have to re-tighten it down.

These are fine if you have space, useless if you're trying to tighten a hex nut in a tight space, which is frequently the case if putting together furniture. I actually just took it apart and kept the keys in a bag, kinda defeats the point, but also makes it more useful.

These are handy to have but a pain to actually use.

Can you elaborate? Is it because you wish you could just pull it off* the holder?

No, they are just awkward to use. Normal Allen keys you can spin in your fingers after the initial loosening, these you can not.

I have a set of these in torxs bits and have saved me a trip to HD.....id get a regular set of Allen keys

I have a similar tool of a different brand and have similar issue of hinge screws getting loose. I took them out, applied a drop of loctite blue and put back in. Never loosened since then
