I like the controller. I used it to play teenage mutant Ninja turtles sp
Shredder's revenge. It's good for games that don't need a second joystick like 3d games and shooters. It is very small so it can be hard on those who like large grips, but is great for people who want to have portable multiplayer games. It has a wide compatibility and a keyboard mode so you can use it with non game apps, since you can set up macros. I plan on playing 8 player games so it's perfect since having 8 full size controllers takes a lot of space. The buttons are squishy like nes controllers kind of but I don't find them to be annoying. Normal price is $21 that was like a few days ago.

Which buttons? Not the face buttons or D-pad, I assume you mean the shoulder buttons are stiff?

The shoulder buttons definitely, not sure any more about the face button. I'm guessing the face buttons are membrane and shoulder buttons are micro switches but not the light kind used on mouse buttons.

Ah yeah, a quick search confirms that: https://old.reddit.com/r/8bitdo/c..._teardown/

Hurry up and get this before 8bitdo stops US shipments due to the tariff situation.

I have the 8Bitdo Zero 2. It's very tiny- basically a presentation clicker or camera remote. I can't grasp it that well so I don't really use it much. Wish it had a low profile thumbstick so I could use it to emulate a mouse with steam inputs.
