Honestly better to get a steamdeck at this price range. The processor on here is not that good and not optimized well for some games. Either get second gen intel hardware which performs much better or z1 extreme if going windows. The legion go deal for 420 is a better option imo

This is a better deal than the ultra 7 from a couple days ago, total comes out to $289 for me after tax with the 20% coupon and 5% target circle.

This is an awesome deal. I just dont like the integrated controllers. Are they hall effect joy sticks? I would definitely get this over a switch

This is functionally a Windows PC in handheld form. You do everything exactly the same as you'd do on a laptop or desktop, if you connected a keyboard / mouse / monitor you could even use it as a (weak) desktop if you were so inclined. The Steam Deck on the other hand has a custom built OS and interface (there is still a Linux Desktop mode if you wanted to use it as PC).

Yes to windows, and yeah you essentially have the same functions like a PC. Think of it like a small laptop. Though I wouldn't recommend the MSI claw, you're better off going rog ally or steam deck.

What 20% coupon did you get? All I see is for teachers or college students. Just wondering if there are others outside of those groups who might be getting targeted offers.
FWIW to the haters, there are better options for handheld gaming, no one is arguing there. For example, personally love my Steam Deck and never get rid of it....that being said; there is no better deal currently for a brand new / sealed Windows gaming PC, just doesn't exist at $350. Other than unicorn deals that need time machines or require happening to live next to that one random place that had a single unit on clearance this is the best price there is in May 2025.

Windows handheld experience is so terrible, but if you have 20off coupon this is not a bad price. Personally I prefer steam deck
