So each side is just 2 quarts?
Yes. I own this and we need to run it twice to cook a full package of wings.
Ended up buying the 26 qt Emeril Lagasse Extra Large French Door Air Fryer so we could cook everything at once, and also for the non-toxic stainless steel cooking surfaces.
This one is small, but otherwise high quality. Temp goes up to 450. Ceramic non-stick coating, not the toxic Teflon crap. Perfect for a single person who doesn't need to cook 24 wings at a time.
