FWIW.... Maybe it's an anecdotal experience, so take it with a grain of salt.
Both of 2-pack cables I bought a year ago stopped working after about 1 month.

Good charging blocks but the cables it comes with are just the skinny regular degular kind. I kinda like the bulky insulation these others ones come with better

If the ankers last twice as long then they are worth it. I am still using an anker cable daily I bought 9 years ago. I doubt most of those generics will last a year of heavy use

Depends on your need. 20 Watt charger with 2 cables vs. 5 x 60 Watt cables.

I already have a few AC adapters up to 60 watts, so the cables are better for me. I like these cables better as well, they lay flat better.
