Can you use the same login info from an old acct? I have always switched back and forth between emails, but this time it recognizes my login and asks if I want to join or renew

Click Join. If you click renew, it will ask you to sign in and renew at full price. You only have to be a non-member for 6 months to qualify so use different email and switch back and forth every year. Also, don't forget to go in and cancel your new membership after it's set up so it doesn't auto renew. If you don't, you have to chat and get a refund to switch next year.

I did click join, but then used my login from an account I had that expired a year ago so further into the purchase it asked again if I wanted to join or renew. I have been switching back and forth each year, but this is the first time that it asked me twice about renewing. I have a bunch of Sams cash in that old acct for some reason, so I was just trying to use that old login so I could grab that free money.

For those that are receiving "you are a member" responses : Sam's has stored some cookies on your computer that
it recognizes as an existing customer. Log out of Sam's and delete all Sam's cookies. Log back into Sam's and try again.

One of the last times this deal came up, people said you needed both a different phone and email... not sure if address also has to be changed
