I used incognito mode and was able to get membership at the $20 discounted rate using the identical email address. that said, my previous membership had expired over 3 to 4 years ago.

I have tried everything - new email id, small variation in my name, different credit card, incognito mode, different laptop/cellphone, except for the address. It keeps saying the info already exists and gives me option to proceed without discount

Not bothered too much since the nearest club is 36 miles away and they stopped free shipping with plus and have a minimum now.

Same... no matter the browser, or what. I've tried all steps and suggestions here in this thread and it simply seems this offer has expired. Fortunately, it's still $25 bucks on Groupon. I should've started there and saved myself the headache.
