Yes same here the problem is the barrel plug doesn't "lock" in so sometimes random movements of things plugged in make it lose connectivity

I bought one as well. The only issue I have is it has to run off of the outlet and USB. I wish it'd support a low power mode. If you choose to use one or two of the usbs.

Have the 7+3 usb hub. Have occasional disconnects, maybe a split second disconnect/reconnect every other day or so. According to my device manager, this is really more of a 4+4+3 hub, as 4 of the usb ports are internally plugged into the last usb 3 port from the first set. Not sure if that's the root of my instability, as the usb standard should be able to daisychain a few times like that. Guessing, since they are 7 port, these hubs are probably made the same way, since it's not a rounder number like 8.

(Edit: No issues with the barrel connector and power that others have mentioned. But I also have mine wall-mounted in an area where it doesn't get moved)

I have similar issues but with any >4 port USB hub that I've tried so far. Sometimes they work, but then the other day they might not recognize a device that works when not using the hub.
