This is a pretty rare deal on CVS's own gift cards and is a decent deal on DoorDash if you value Extrabucks like cash or close to cash; the rest of the brands are routinely available at 20% off or better from other sources and can be skipped. Note that Extrabucks are only applicable towards general merchandise and can't be used on prescription copays or on gift card purchases, and typically with these deals, the Extrabucks will expire after three or four weeks.
If you have the CVS app, the Extrabucks will appear in your account after purchase and can be loaded to your card or phone number just like a coupon, meaning that you won't need to keep the receipt coupon that prints out after purchase.

If I put in my zip code and choose my closest store, the site says there is "No Weekly Ad available for this store". If I put in the zip code of a neighboring suburb, it shows the ad. Does this mean that my store won't have this weeks deals?

CVS just released next week's flyer. If your store had the deal this week, it looks like it's repeating next week.

Nothing that good. I saw tags on the Under Armour and Spa/Wellness GC at my CVS showing that they were part of the deal as well, but that was it outside of the advertised brands.

Didn't see this in Manhattan, but is available in Queens. Check the weekly ad to confirm it's available. Store also had sticker showing the $10 extrabucks offer.

The fact that its ECB back, I don't think its a good offer. If it was a gift card back instead, I would consider this since I do shop at CVS. If your account gets hacked or if CVS decides to suspend your account, then you loose the ECB. Happened to me before
