I used to be a massive Surface fan. Currently using an x86 Surface Pro 9 and it's been excellent. But never again with this ridiculous ARM push. Cannot recommend this line any further.
The best deal if you want a 13in Surface pro.
I ended up with the Surface Pro 12in since it's even lighter and I don't need the keyboard cover.
Did the price match at Bestbuy with Microcenter for $799 of the 512GB version.
At $650 in 6-8 months.... Just like all those other useless snapdragon devices that were $12-1500 now selling for less than half.
I've had a Snapdragon Elite vivobook for like 4ish months now. Love the damned thing. No regrets.
Tried out 4 similar PCs. The other three had a series 2 core ultra 5, and two series 1 core ultra 7s.
The series 2 was a close second, and about $400 cheaper. Still went with the snapdragon. vs the 7s, the snapdragon pc ran 20 degrees celsius cooler, while still feeling snappier.
almost none of them are 5g, and i've yet to see a 5g surface pro 11 posted on slickdeals. you would probably have to go through a vendor that mostly supports businesses.

I have had a Surface Pro with the Snapdragon processor for a few months. It is by far the best PC I have ever owned. I also have the top of the line model.
I had only 1 application that didn't run when I first got the machine, that was HPTuners BETA version only would not run. Just recently this was fixed with a windows update. I believe it is doing emulation since it is a x86 app. It works great, has awesome battery life, and a great screen.
Is there any clear info on what's included in the combo? It says there's a "Type Cover" on the deal, and is described as a "combo" on the site, but that's about all the details there are.

The keyboard in the pictures is the Microsoft Surface Pro Flex Keyboard. But at this price there's no way they are giving you a $350 (without pen) keyboard. My guess is it's going to be the super-cheap, black rubber one that comes with all these bundle deals.

thanks! figured that it wouldn't be the flex as well, curious is they are give you the $10 more expensive one with the pen slot or not, that is the deciding factor for me since I want to get the pen

No regrets at all!
OLED is great, but not the one on the Surface.
