Looking to refinance my daughter's car to come off as owner. Car age is making this difficult but it only has 87k miles. Caribou will refinance for me but not her. She is 23 and has limited history. Credit Unions won't touch it either. Any advice appreciated!

What is your actual desired outcome to have a loan off of your credit report? How much is owed the car is worth what 10K. Can you do a loan against your 401K, zero interest credit card for 12 months?

This is what you signed up for as a co-signer. Not sure why you are surprised? You will need to stay on as a cosigner until she has enough history 12-24months worth, assuming she doesnt have any other credit issues and its solely a thin file. If she has stacked credit cards or other delinquencies, goodluck you're on the hook til its paid in full.
