"No, PS5 Slim faceplates do not fit on the PS5 Pro. Despite the PS5 Slim and PS5 Pro being the same size and dimensions, Sony intentionally designed the faceplate interlocking mechanisms to be different, preventing compatibility. The PS5 Slim's lower faceplate may fit the Pro, but the upper ones do not."

AliExpress is the answer then. Until they figure out a way to stop you from launching a game when unauthorized faceplate is detected.

I think Sony intentionally made it come in white since most people don't like that color for electronics, so you have to shell out for black or a different color.

Amazon has a number of options too. I tend to trust amazon over aliexpress, at least for the ease of returns if it doesn't work out.

I popped the plastic panels off of my PS5 and got some vinyl shelf liner from Home Depot. Made myself a wood grain panel PS5 for about $14. After I got my PS5 Pro, did the same but this time, it's black marbled.
