Yeah looks like wrong link.

I got this tool and it's been solid. I use it with the metal cutting wheel and I have been cutting screws, bolts, plastic, even whole metal Air-con casing. I love it. Not sure if the HP model is any better, but this is enough for me.

Edit: OP just changed the link. This is the older model I think? I got the newer model but not the newest HP one.

I've got this old model and it's been shockingly good and convenient. I use it for steel/brass brushing small stuff like model train motor parts, appliance parts, etc. It's definitely weak compared to my real dremel, but when you're just cleaning up & polishing small parts, it's been a real workhorse, I've been pleasantly surprised. Again, when I needed to cut through screws and bolts a couple weeks ago I went straight for the real dremel, this little guy is just too weak. Don't get this thinking that it's a full dremel replacement, but for like 80% of the stuff I do, this little unit has been good. When you're working on small and delicate things it has been a plus to have a smaller and MUCH lighter tool to work with.
