Ok, so these are 'permanent' glow sticks / markers; very high quality to be used as markers (can't read by them, but excellent for camping and other stuff).
They do exactly as marketed -> few seconds under a flashlight will give a glow for a few hours (does get dimmer, though). Infinitely rechargeable; been using them for years. They are having their 50% off sale. I recommend the toolbite series, as the cheaper ones the plastic caps eventually give way.

Have to add to cart. As far a reviews - been using them for years, just have to understand they aren't as bright as chem sticks, but you can reuse indefinitely.
