Update: called beforehand local pcr said cancelled. I called Samsung and had them speak to the rep .. apparently pcr got an email to fulfill orders for customer satisfaction.. they told me to come in. I went in and they told me cancelled again but after some discussions they fulfilled and gave me a brand new box. Just got home with it… hope this helps anyone dealing with pcr

I wonder if there will be more of these open box units soon? Likely a bunch of the people who had soundbars get bricked by the recent firmware ended up just returning them.
