My store also has 4TB version of this for $1250 and a 512GB 12 core version for $1050.

So these are new and not actually refurbished? That's interesting.

Microcenter pricing so strange. Now it's back up to $1450. 4Tb one still at $1250. You would think that they would just keep dropping the price till they sell out, given that this is from 2023.

Yes, I noticed that too. Another strange one is the old SK Hynix P31 Gold 2TB SSD. A few weeks ago, MC had "member pricing" of $109.99 which was nice if you wanted a cool running drive for extra laptop storage or an external drive. Now it is up to $169.99, which nobody in their right mind would pay. They still have 24 of them in stock at my store. Meanwhile, they have the newer P41 Platinum drive, which is much faster, for $129.99. Shrug...
