Ladies. What factors do you look for in a potential boyfriend?

I heard this question on the radio recently.
Tiffany Hadish was asked that. She mentioned that she wants a man to have a credit score of at least 675. Because if a bank wouldn't trust a man to loan him money, why would she allow him inside her?
So ladies what do you look for?

Eventually, many of us (if lucky) grow old and our looks change. I've been with my spouse for over 50 years and we are both so different looking that so long ago. And even though our thoughts have evolved through the decades, a 'good' person usually stays that way unless there is some kind of medical illness taking place.

As for why we aren't together... I'm not attracted to anyone anymore and he doesn't want a girlfriend. If I did want a man, I'd look for someone like him. He's living with another ex-girlfriend - the one before me.

I read somewhere that older women (50+) are less likely to get married again. One reason is that they are done with raising their children and don't want to have to be a mother to their husband. I have also seen it stated that they feel men are looking for a "nurse or a purse" .
