Trickery and fraud? You're assuming people are taking advantage of Panera when in fact, Panera is getting exactly what they want in the deal too, whether it's a new customer or someone signing up with a new email address (not like it's hard for companies to detect this.) For the dirt low price of coffee or tea, they get you into their store where you're more likely to spend $11 on a half sandwich.

The house always wins.

If you have a Gmail address, you can add a "." anywhere within the address or a "+" followed by anything at the end of your base address and that will also go to your inbox. Gmail views it as the same address, but most vendors recognize it as a different address / account. For instance, if your email is JohnDoe@Gmail, then Jo.hnDoe@Gmail or JohnDoe+1@Gmail or JohnDoe+Panera@Gmail would be separate variants of your address that would also go to your Gmail inbox. It's kind of like the virtual credit card thing … Gmail essentially gives you an unlimited number of "virtual" email addresses with every account.

For anyone considering this, note that the terms specify that this offer isn't active yet and starts on Monday (6/2). I'm wondering if people who join before 6/2 might only get the 2 months from the current offer instead of 3 months …

Yeah, it works in-store. You can place an order for pickup inside or just give the cashier your phone number to get the drink. A few people have said that some stores even have cups for Sip Club members sitting out by the order kiosk.

I've found the Sip Club super convenient--stores are all over the country, often right off the highway in driving areas, and scattered throughout cities and suburbs. Comes in super handy to find a place to grab a drink and go to the bathroom, and convenient breakfast/lunch spot too!

This is my main use- in the northeast especially for road trips Panera is awesome. Healthy food and clean bathrooms
