Juices are generally horrible for you. Tons of sugar. Little to no fiber. Limited nutrients. They're not much better than sodas. Perhaps worse. Fresh juices aren't much better. That said, almost anything in moderation is going to be OK for you.

I do use juice to make kefir water. The bacteria eat the sugars, reducing them greatly, even almost to nothing if I wait long enough.

I also find that some of the nutrient additives the companies put in give me allergic reactions. Hard to tell what's going to be problematic.

I cut up carrots, strawberries or pineapples, and bananas and put a little juice in them in my Ninja blender. Yummy ,and very healthy. If the only sugar your eating is from fruit juice its not going to hurt you. I don't drink it every day but its my go to sugar treat when I do sweets.

it could just be a very small concentrate with 90% sugar added. it's how they get around the nutrition labels. that's like $50 in grapes that they are selling for $2. do you really think it's 100% juice? i dont.
