Im sitting on this chair as i type. Wasnt too hard to assemple, maybe slightly harder than average. This is not a $120 chair that you are getting for $50. It is a $50 chair you are getting for $50 lol. Its decent looking, feels semi comfortable. I recomend it to someone who casually uses their desk like I do. If you spend a significant time sitting to game/work, i would get something higher end and more comfortable.

Reviews are hugely mixed particularly about assembly.

It's not easy but I managed to keep everything properly pushed together for assembly by attaching the back to the seat, then flipping it upside-down on my couch and keeping the bolts pretty loose until they were all in. Fingers were pretty sore after the couple rounds it took to get everything properly tightened up. Was worth it for me.

I agree - mine is fine, but fit when putting it together was off. A lot of brute force to get the holes to line up so it could be bolted together properly.

But, once built, nothing wrong with it. Been using it over a year with no issues.

Went for it. Can't be worse than the one we have from Sam's club that my wife bought 10 years ago.

tilt or incline function didnt work for me. I was not able to make it work. Any idea how to fix it? although up and down works fine.

I don't have this chair, but a lot of these types you have to horizontally push or pull the height adjustment lever to get the tilt to "unlock".
