That would be because people with proper cognitive skill understand that trusting what actual Dentists and Scientists recommend for dental health is the way to go, meanwhile the gullible follow what fearmongering social media armchair doctors say; most of the hate towards fluoride in toothpaste comes from people who clearly don't understand dosage, there's a reason the saying goes: "The dose makes the poison", and the people parroting the armchair doctors here is getting tiresome.
