Picked up one of these on sale 2 weeks ago. Lid leaks every time you take a sip. Spend the extra 2 bucks on the RTIC ones that are on sale now at Lowe's. Far better.

Picked up one of these on sale 2 weeks ago. Lid leaks every time you take a sip. Spend the extra 2 bucks on the RTIC ones that are on sale now at Lowe's. Far better.

Agree lids are lose and cheap. I've had coffee and no leaks, but surely after a few dishwasher cycles the lid will fail. I use the 30s for protein coffee shakes using a hand blender, this size allows the blendor to sit on the bottom. If you don't need the lid the cup is well painted and hefty.

I got a couple of the 40oz ones in Lowe's Christmas bins last year. I think they were $10 each then also. So far, no leaking issues.

I own a bunch of Stanley stuff, but from decades ago. It was inexpensive, high quality drinkware for camp outs, tailgating and outdoor work. All of it remains in mint condition because it is so well built. Funny that the same company has now become trendy and their most trendy product is such a ridiculous form factor, to my old man tastes.
