Trikes like this with a delta wheel configuration and a higher center of gravity are quite dangerous at higher speeds. If you are used to riding a 2 wheeled bike, it can be very alarming when the rear wheels find uneven terrain the bike hurdles you laterally.
Trikes get better and become much more stable if you lower the center of gravity (recumbent) and/or go for the 'tadpole' config with one wheel in the back and 2 up front for greater turning stability.

After looking at this model closer, I have to say I don't like the front wheel drive hub motor or the comically small 48v 4AH batteries (2x2ah?) included. Most respectable 2 wheeled ebikes start at 15ah of battery capacity.

I'm just going to say that if you've never tried a trike before, plz try one before you buy. My wife thought she'd love it but absolutely hated it when she tried it

Which are very appropriate speeds for a trike like this. You won't really want to ride it any faster.

I had the same experience! I thought I would love riding it but once I got on it, it felt like the most unnatural thing ever!

My wife doesn't like to ride a bike , very new to it and asked for a tricycle. What didn't they like about it?

Some people feel weird on a tricycle because it does not lean when you turn like a bike does.

We have a tricycle and absolutely love it. Have a front mounted child seat and it's nice not worrying about falling or needing help when loading unloading. And the basket is great for carrying things at the park and pool etc.

Bought one for senior parent. I don't think they need battery capacity. Great price, also sold at Lowes and Walmart at much higher prices.

It has a 330-pound limit. Are you going to push it after you buy 300 pounds of goods at Costco?
