Usually people looking for stainless steel do not want non-stick. Non-stick is usually made of various Coatings that have the potential to get into your food. The point of stainless steel for some people is to not have that.

Then you might not be using them correctly? Perhaps you might consider a high carbon pan instead? Lighter than cast iron but with similar cooking benefits and requirements.

For me, in addition to to avoiding the non-stick coatings, stainless is usually induction ready.

My guess is henckels are non stick but these ones aren't. If someone with experience with henckels could confirm.

There's a bigger cooking difference that drives the decision for most, and that's that you can use the stainless pans at much higher temps and you get better searing/browning than you would with a non-stick.

But if these are the same line as the three pack of skillets that are on sale the reviews on those were not great.

Personally, I don't like stainless steel for frying pans because they end up with a burnt color and they are usually not a nonstick, even if they claim to be. I've always had trouble cooking with them

Just don't. Cuisinart triply are absolute crap. Keep an eye out for Tramontina triply saucepans and skillets manager specials at Costco warehouses instead. I bought 2.5qt and 4qt saucepan for $27.99 and 3 triply skillets for $39.99.

What makes these inferior to Tramontina if you don't mind me asking?
