Support was unhelpful too. I attempted to chat with them hours before the showing and despite waiting awhile no one accepted the chat then. I filled out their contact form and they responded after the showing already ended and told me they don't process refunds via email. I attempted to chat in again to several agents and they wouldn't give me a credit since the show had past. It seems like the only way to get refunds for tickets purchased with promotions is to get lucky and reach someone on chat or call them at 1-800-FANDANGO (1-800-326-32646) before the showing.
I am disappointed with the support experience with Fandango and will be less likely to purchase tickets from them in the future.
