1000% this. I was shocked/extremely pleased when I heard it. I had not read the book, but listening to it was a treat.

If you don't want to buy the Audible book, check your library, as they might have it on hand to listen to.

Yeah, without going into major spoilers, this book has a large musical component that is amazing in the audiobook. In the written book, it just has some musical notes like 🎵🎶 written, which isn't nearly as good.

The first time the musical parts came up in the audio book I was so giddy that they made it a real sound

This is a great short book! It's also the only recommendation from Booktok that I've liked, but maybe that's just my disagreeable "thought-cage".
