I have a case + better PSU + 360mm cooler already and even excluding those things, this deal came out cheaper than what I could find available by ~$200. I would say it's a pretty solid deal. You could always wait for the GPU to be available at MSRP but that might take a few weeks/months or you could just get this and not have to constantly check inventory/lose to bots.
so you have until june 8 to make a decision. unless they sell out and i'm pretty sure they will sell out very quick.

Edit: if you update the BIOS, just know (1) there's a REV 1.0 version and a REV 1.1 version, and you'll need the 1.1 version on the website, and (2) you'll have to redo your PIN/Windows Hello because the BIOS update does something with the TMP profile.
The video card alone will run you $1400-1500 and you aren't getting the rest for $1k without some extraordinary deals which don't currently exist. This is all quality off-the-shelf components, not some house-brand Dell motherboard. That also excludes assembly. Some of us can do it for 'free' but it's still a couple hours of work.
Just for comparison I build rig on 5/13/25 using Ultra 7 265k/64GB/4TB with Asus Z890, 5070ti, CPU watercooler, 850w 80+g PSU, case and a few extra fans and it came to $2110 before tax - and that was with a special combo deal for CPU/MB/RAM at microcenter. A 5080 would have added at least $600 to the build. Oh, and if you don't already have a Windows 11 Pro license include that too. (yes I know there's ways)
Agreed. You cannot save money by buying parts that are on sale and coming close to the price this prebuilt offers.
It's good advice any time doing BIOS/UEFI updates - if something goes wrong it makes recovery a lot easier.
And one could argue if you're willing to OC your card, 5080 can OC just as well too as they use the same chip (GB203), which would erase any gains from OC'ed 5070 Ti. (that said, even 5080 OC'ed can't beat the 4090: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiGt-O7drkY)
Search for benchmark results if you're willing to OC (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgMlLuP

Pretty pleased with the purchase, especially given the cost savings. I updated the BIOS to get the latest version (it was a Rev 1.0 version of the motherboard for those wondering, and the vendor website has different bios for the Rev 1.1 version).
