Must be one transaction. Limit 1. In-store only. Offer valid until 6/7 (6/5 for Maryland ShopRites).
Qualification certificate prints on bottom of register receipt (which must be used 6/8 to 6/14). When redeeming the $10, it's probably easiest to checkout at Customer Service, instead of the regular checkout lines. Otherwise, the regular cashier needs to know that they need to type in the item code on the receipt to redeem the offer.
