Just saw this and man what a steal for a Wifi 7 router with Triband and also two WAN/LAN ports (10G and 2.5G). It also had 3 additional 2.5G ports as well on the LAN side. I wont lie I been sleeping on this 2nd generation of wifi 7 routers from TP-Link, looks like they went back to the external antenna design for those that always complained about range.

This line up is also one of the first line ups under the CISA agreement, so expect long term security and firmware updates like their other popular models that even now still have updates over 5+ years and running.

This router has absolutely everything, the only thing if I am nitpicking I would have loved to see is 2 10G ports and POE but at this price thats a tall ask. The reviews on the cheaper lower level models have been very good from multiple reviewers.

You dont say, with all the data breaches we had in the last two years, you really think you have any data worth caring about, no ones in China cares about your Torrenting and Porn habits, now the USA government which spys on you every day might though.

Tell us all you have no clue about security, since you completely missed the CISA portion...

Wow. I must have hit pretty close to the mark to get you all riled up like that, hey kid?

I think we're all aware of the status of our personal data, yes. I'd just rather not be using a router from a company where there are known concerns, regardless of whatever agreements may be in place. https://www.reuters.com/world/us/...025-03-05/

Lol, clearly your not since you still think you have personal data worth having. As for the article just the same old rehash that I address countless times already.

Lolol, "regardless of whatever agreements may be in place" you mean the agreement they just signed with a US organization an extension of the government to work together in providing secure networking equipment.

The clown show really must be in town!

Probably not true in the age of AI they can slurp up all your profile data and train the AI to brainwash or attack you. In the future your online data will be more important than ever and china has shown to be willing to use any and all means necessary to get ahead including cyber attacks, breaching utilities, stealing technology. Starting the 1000 talents program by sending an army of students overseas to study at universities, work at foreign companies then literally stealing those techs and taking the tech back to china, they created a national security law forcing any and all chinese to cooperate with chinese intelligence to spy on military bases, communication hubs, etc. if you don't cooperate, your whole family will be arrested and disappeared into the chinese prison system.

check out chinainsiderwithdavidzhang, serpentza, laowhy86. even their own chinese people are calling out the chinese communists big brother horrible behavior. if you have been to Beijing or Shanghai they have 20 cameras mounted per pole to thousands of poles ready to big brother you to oblivion.

CISA or not they are looking to take over 100% But yea you got that nice discount on the spyware router lol.

I didn't know TP-Link were Chinese! That makes me feel safer with them. Less pressure to cave to the American govt.

Compared to the US government who spied and recorded on everyone in the world before Snowden revealed the illegal operation??? Lol, unless your data is on pen and paper locked in a safe good luck with anything digital only a fool thinks like you guys.

As for cameras go visit the UK and get back to me, lol.

Clearly shows you know nothing of the real world....

CISA or not, so you mean now the USA government is giving them permission to spy, see how simple you are sounding.... I literally correct your idiocy in every thread I see it, you just pull things out of your rear every post man....
