FWIW, per CCC these have fluctuated berween $30 and about $23 over the past year.

Still, seems like a good deal at less than $2/hook if you need 'em.
Marty, quick! To the DeLorean! Where we're going, we don't need roads.

Any tips minimizing long term water damage mounting these to the outside of a wooden shed? I'm thinking coating the back in some silicone and then painting over them.
These are inexpensive steel products and will corrode as soon as the coating is compromised whether that be the "paint" or "PVC". Time will vary when that occurs, but it is inevitable.

Amazon has these same hooks under a different name for 17.99. Just search in their search bar. They even use the same pictures to advertise them.

For $3-$4 dollars more you can get 16 pieces https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KT5RSG3 I picked this up on a deal a while back for $14, and they're heavy duty. No complaints. Current price $24.21

Make a horseshoe bead of caulk on the back of the mount (that will touch the wall), leaving the bottom WITHOUT caulk in case water does get behind the mount, it has a place to drain. When installed, the caulk should flow out sealing the mount to the wall. Make sure there are no gaps between the wall and the front face of the mount, and be done.

I'm sure there's one factory in China churning out these things. They use a character generator to come up with fake "Manufacturer Names" and list them 50 different ways on Amazon.

If I had to guess, their point was probably that these sometimes can be had for less if someone can wait.
