Not sure what the difference is. Look the same, but maybe different size?
edit : looks like the $11 version is aluminum and the $7.5 is polycarb.

3-5 keys is the sweet spot I think for it to work really well. Also, it makes it possible to torque your key off in the lock like the hulk if you aren't paying attention.
Only issues was once I got asked if it was a knife walking through security as a concert and when I showed them it was just a key the old lady thought it was amazing
