Add some heavy duty duct tape over a few of those on/in the bottom of the dish and you have the same thing. Personally, I like something a little cleaner than duct tape but this is a quick and easy way to make stuff like this in a couple of minutes for $10 less than this deal if you buy two, two-packs of the silicone dishes. Silicone can be difficult to adhere to but there are plenty of other options for how to make this work with other, more elegant solutions and a few more minutes of effort.
Again, that was with one minute of Amazon searching. You also have a ton of additional neodymium magnets leftover for any other projects. I use neodymium magnets all over my shop and love them. They are more fragile then traditional magnets but they are far stronger
1 minute of Amazon searches and I was able to find…

I appreciate a good … "hack", but I see duct tape and cringe— duct tape is a horrible permanent solution in the south because of how gummy it gets under a few days of sun.
I'm happy you walked it back, but leave them with a real solution at least. Or don't, but the kind of mind that sees something and can spend a few minutes figuring out a good alternative is not the kind of mind that needs to be reminded that they are such minded.
Anyway, whatever you do, do it fast. Neodymium is, of course, primarily supplied by China, and tightening of their exportation of it has caused major issues for our factories in the past few months.

Hey, remember that time that I stated, "Personally, I like something a little cleaner than duct tape but this is a quick and easy way to make stuff like this in a couple of minutes...". See, I have a realistic mind. One that does think outside of the box (sometimes to a fault) but is also decently creative. Confidence and humility are a powerful combination when used together. I don't need to know everything as long as I can recognize an opportunity to learn what I don't know. That also means that when I offer creative ideas, it doesn't need to be done, as you so eloquently described as, "to be reminded that" I think this way. It was done in an attempt to convey my views on the deal on the off-chance that others might see an opportunity to save money, see the potential to explore their own creativity, and possibly improve upon a method that I myself described as lacking eloquence in its basic nature.
Apparently, I didn't really provide enough clarity the intended meaning behind my breakdown message which is, admittedly, my fault (*humility). The real purpose behind my post was to help convey that I don't believe this is a very good deal. Some might disagree and that's more than fine. Personally, I've bought and used enough sizes/types of magnets as well as the collapsible silicone trays for different purposes over the years that I couldn't justify seeing the value in paying this much for 4 of them. Again, that isn't saying a single thing about someone that does value a pre-made product. I didn't earn their money and try not to judge anyone for how they spend it.
What I do know is that the effort taken to come into the thread and break down why the simple, money saving, basic beginning outline of a creative project by someone who, apparently, has no additional suggestions or feedback on the actual product posted here also speaks volumes. While I appreciate constructive criticism, you posted your comment for one reason. It wasn't to further the money saving potential of other Slickdealers. It wasn't to add a creative twist to what I had offered as a potential alternative. It was literally to dictate how I should go about offering suggestions in my comments. My comment that ACTUALLY related to the posted product.
You imply the narcissistic nature of someone who, "needs to be reminded that they are such minded". I find it kind of ironic given the blatantly obvious nature of your comment.
Anyway, thanks for your feedback on how others should post comments that are actually on topic and with helpful intent. I will try to be more cognizant of how my future comments are or are not conveying my intended message so that I can avoid being told how not to suggest ideas on these deals.
