Caution: When buying in the store use extra caution. There are lot of counterfeits in the store, you will be dealing with Apple and Target to get refund. Spammers will replace the inside card. It will be safer to buy online(if allowed).

I noticed when I click on my target offers, it shows Earn a $10 reward. Shop 1 time on qualifying purchases of $80 or more to earn $10 in Target Circle Rewards. Would buying the apple gift card count towards this or not? So say I use a VPN since I'm currently outside the US now or give my credit card information to someone close in the US and log in my target account and then make the 3 purchases of $100 apple gift cards. Would that mean I earn that $10 in Target Circle Rewards? Or does gift cards not qualify? If I do get the $10 target circle rewards, when do these expire? It's one year right? I know I would earn $30 in total target gift cards for 3 separate $100 apple gift card purchases online.

Okay so I went to my apple account in my iphone and have around 50 dollar balance. How do I apply my 3 $100 apple gift cards that I bought months ago to my apple balance? It seems like I can use camera or enter code manually to redeem a gift card or code?

I still have those 3 target emails with the $100 apple gift cards.
It says in each email
You can also copy and paste the below URL into your web browser.
