Most reward nights are at least 46,000 plus per night or otherwise hyper-inflated.

This is absolutely not true. I stay all across the country at random times most I've seen average are around 20K a night. 30K being for higher ends and 10K Lower end. I am a Diamond spire

I am not a Diamond Spire and I have attached an example disproving your claim.

One Night stay, not in NYC, at 96,000 points for a 2.5 rated hotel. I also added more 40,000 points hotels.
