I have this one. Be advise it used the old-school micro-USB. I suggest finding a USB-C one to keep life simpler...

Good enough to be seen by cars but not nearly enough to light your way.

Yeah, I would not recommend something this dim. In a pinch it's something but I recommend much higher brightness for safety. My town has a lot of potholes. I mostly skate with bicycle riders and I carry a flashlight that I think is about a thousand lumens when I'm skating with them. I'm definitely the brightest out there most of the time. On my bicycle I have a 1200 lumen model that is amazing. Brighter than most single car headlights. It has a nice diffuse array also.

Real riders use lights that run off the little generator that touches the tire. Provides a little extra drag as well. You can take it a step further and you can wire a capacitor to the seat. When you feel yourself getting sluggish you just hit the switch.

Can you share the brand and model of the light that you use? Thanks.

I looked at my old order. I assume this is the same one. You know sometimes they change the model on the same listing.

I was very pleased with it when I got it. It had all the features I wanted. It says 10,000 lumens but obviously that's crazy. When I ordered it I thought it said 1200.

No, real riders use a methane gas lamps that they refuel with their own farts.
