Even if the code worked, its not a good deal. These vacuums are awful. Within 2 months I got an E1 error code. Sent it back for warranty repair and got it back a month later. E1 would come and go randomly. I didn't think much of it. Literally 2 weeks before the 1 year warranty lapsed, the unit completely broke down. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get CS to respond for requests for warranty assistance. Hard pass from me.
